Returns Policy

HKHands store is an eCommerce platform that aims to promote and assist the sales of creative design. It is the responsibility of the buyer and seller to negotiate for the sale, shipment, replacement, return and refund of the products. If you encounter any problems, buyers and sellers are recommended to resolve the issue through negotiation. This service will constantly monitor the transaction status to ensure the system quality and fairness.

Condition of Processable Returns

(1) The product does not match the description (including but not limit to the usage or function of the product, etc)
(2) The product does not match the order (including but not limit to the model, style and quantity of the product, etc)
(3) The product has defective that did not mention in the description (including but not limit to quality faulty and damaged in the delivery, etc)
(4) The product has been used or opened that did not mention in the description
(5) Within seven days from the next day after the products are received

Condition of Non-Processable Returns

(1) Buyer chose the wrong product model, size, color, etc
(2) Buyer chose the wrong product quantity
(3) Request a refund or return without reason

In general, the buyer is responsible for checking and confirming that the order is correct. In view of the above conditions, to protect the equal rights of the seller, the seller has the right to refuse refunds or returns. In case of the above problems, buyers and sellers shall resolve the issue through negotiation.

Refund and Exchange Requested “Before” shipping

If a refund or exchange is requested before the product is shipped, please contact the seller as soon as possible to reduce unnecessary shipping losses.

(1) Refund
The buyer and seller negotiated and agreed to refund.
a) HKHands Credit - Exclusive service of this platform. When the buyer requests a refund, he can choose to refund the relevant order amount based on 1 HKD = 1 Credit. Once the seller accepts, the amount will be returned to the buyer's account in the form of HKHands Credit for the next purchase.
b) Cash or other third-party refund method (Not Recommended) - Buyers and sellers resolve the refund through negotiation. Due to the refund is in cash or other third-party methods, it is out of the control and management of this service. Buyers and sellers shall bear all the risk.

(2) Exchange
The buyer and seller negotiated and agreed to exchange. The seller shall refund the relevant order amount into HKHands Credit to the buyer's account. After receiving the refunded credit, the buyer can repurchase the updated order by using the Credit. If the credit balance is insufficient, the buyer shall use other payment methods. (The remaining credit can be used in the next purchases on the platform)

Return and Exchange Requested “After” shipping

If a return or exchange is requested after the product has been shipped, there will be no refund for the paid shipping fee. The shipping fee of return or exchange shall handle by the buyer or the seller through negotiation.

(1) Return
The buyer and seller negotiated and agree to arrange a return. After receiving the returned product, the seller shall refund the relevant order amount to the buyer according to the following refund method.
a) HKHands Credit (1 HKD = 1 Credit) or
b) Cash or other third-party refund method (Not Recommended)

(2) Exchange
The buyer and seller negotiated and agree to exchange. After receiving the returned product, the seller shall refund the relevant order amount into HKHands Credit to the buyer's account for the buyer to repurchase the updated order. If the credit balance is insufficient, the buyer shall use other payment methods. (The remaining credit can be used in the next purchases on the platform)
