HKHands store is an e-commerce platform developed, managed and operated by the HKHands team. Our aim is to promote the development of Hong Kong local and international Creative Design Brands as we believe "Good Design is worth to Share and be Discovered!"
In this platform, we share the burden of development and management pressure, increase exposure and sales channel for the brands. Also create a different choice for local friends who love creative designs.
1. Personalized Platform
Every brand has their own style. Thus, in HKHands store, we provide personalized page setting for creators. A unique page style can increase buyer’s attentions.
2. "PayMe" Payment Support
To facilitate the purchase of Hong Kong local buyers, HKHands store supports payment via PayMe, besides the online payment methods (credit cards, PayPal, etc.).
3. HKHands Credit Scheme
Based on 1 HKD = 1 Credit, buyers can purchase, redeem or accumulate HKHands Credit for online purchasing, refund or return use in HKHands store.
4. Quality Maintenance
As respecting every registered brand and to keep a good shopping experience to buyers, HKHands store will monitor the content and quality of the platform time to time.
5. Various Channels for Brand Exposure
As the 1st platform partner or a social platform partner (besides Facebook or Instagram) of your brand, HKHands store will cooperate with different medias, events, exhibitions or other opportunities to increase your brand exposure and increase your sales opportunities.
After completing and submitting the Application Form of Brand Account registration, HKHands store will review the relevant account information, which takes 1-3 working days. The approved brand will be notified by email (To ensure the reception, please add contact@hkhands.com to your contact list), together with the log-in information. Please change your password after the first log-in, any updates related to the Brand Account can be managed in the system. For refund or exchange details, please refer to the Refund Policy.
Each Brand Account will be charged HK$ 500 as account opening fee(one-time). After receiving the confirmation email, creators can log-in to the account management system for setting up brand pages, uploading items and publishing brand stories
* No Fee for Product Listing on HKHands store
10% of the total amount (Item price + Shipping) for each successful transaction will be charged. Basic handling fee per transaction is HK$1.
For example:
1) (Item price HK$500 + Shipping fee HK$30) x 10% = Handling fee HK$53
2) (Item price HK$5 + Direct Trade HK$0) x 10% = Handling fee HK$0.5
(As the calculated service fee is less than the minimum charge of HK$1, a basic handling fee of HK$1 is levied.)
The system settlement date is the 28th of each month. The order completed the entire transaction process (paid and shipped) will be included in the settlement scope.
After the monthly settlement is confirmed, the payment will be transferred to the creator’s bank account on the 8th of the following month (1-day delay will be happened if it is a public holiday) after deducted the Transaction Service Fee. A notification will be sent by system message or email afterward. Creators can check the purchase records in the system.
Hong Kong creators can select cheque, bank transfer, FPS or PayMe for the settlement. For International creators, PayPal is the only method for settlement. To save the Paypal service charge for creators, if the monthly revenue is less than HK$50 (after deducted the Transaction Service Fee), HKHands store will not process the transaction that month until it accumulated over HK$50.

The Creator should manage the shop page and upload the product themselves.
In order to maintain the service quality of the platform, HKHands store will check the information of the listed products regularly. If there is a problem, it will be suspended and notified for correction. (No limit on the number of product listing)
Purchase in HKHands to gain points, points can be exchanged to Hands Credit for purchase next time!
HKHands will release different discounts and free shipping benefits regularly.
You can share comment in every purchase, in order to keep the product high quality.
Buyer and Seller can use our pm system for communication at anytime.
